Sokol Petriti
Sokol Petriti is the Chef and Owner of 4 Thurlestone Restaurant and Cafe. Sokol attended the Pru Leith cookery school and graduated as the runner up of the year 2005, amongst 100 students. Afterwards Sokol ventured into starting his own restaurant businesses where he opened his own gastro pub, The Ferry in Thames Ditton and the critically-acclaimed ‘Petriti’s’ in East Molesey.

4 Thurlestone opened on 10 November 2021 and is situated along Shepperton High Street. Regular visitors and locals will recognise this as the Refurbished old Top Tune shop. Sokol has established a popular café, but has managed to create both a distinctive space and menu which sets it apart from other restaurants and cafes. 4 Thurlestone offers breakfast, lunch, Sunday roasts and a fine dining experience on Friday and Saturday evenings. The most defining characteristic of 4 Thurlestone and of Chef Sokol is that everything is freshly prepared from hand and can be adjusted according to your preferences within reason. It's always endearing to see Sokol leave the kitchen carrying a tray of freshly made Tiramisu for cookies fresh from the oven, or talking to his guests.
